چکیده
Rhizosphere microbial communities are dynamic and play a crucial role in diverse biochemical processes nutrient cycling. Soil type cultivar modulate the composition of rhizosphere communities. Changes community significantly alter function ecological process. We examined influence soil on eubacterial diazotrophic abundance metabolic potential chickpea (cv. BG 372 cv. 256) rhizosphere. The total as estimated through 16 S rDNA nifH gene copy numbers using qPCR showed with clear effect abundance. PLFA study has shown variation structure different types. Differential types ratio Gram positive to negative bacteria was observed most soils corresponding higher ratios than bulk soil. activities (urease, dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase beta-glucosidase) were also assessed an indicator diversity. Principal component analysis K-means non-hierarchical cluster mapping grouped into three categories, each having enzyme activity or edaphic drivers. average substrate utilization pattern analyzed level physiological profiling (CLPP) for soils. studies revealed that both influenced available N, P, K organic carbon content Our signifies jointly their

Rhizosphere Microbial Communication in Soil Nutrient Acquisition
Most of the upper layer of the earth’s terrestrial crust is or has been influenced by plant roots, so most soil is actually rhizosphere soil at one time or another. Through their physical, chemical, and biological interactions with the soil, roots play a major role in soil formation (Jenny, 1941) and soil function (Wardle et al., 2004). Microbes factor prominently in global nutrient and energy ...
متن کاملSpectral diversity of phycoerythrins and diazotroph abundance in tropical waters
Phycoerythrin (PE) spectral diversity was investigated in eastern tropical Australian waters and around New Caledonian and Fijian archipelagos. Colony sorting of filamentous cyanobacteria revealed slight differences in the PE excitation spectrum of Trichodesmium thiebautii and T. erythraeum. Spectra of PE from Katagnymene spiralis and Richelia intracellularis were examined for the first time. P...
متن کاملInfluence of enhanced malate dehydrogenase expression by alfalfa on diversity of rhizobacteria and soil nutrient availability
Transgenic alfalfa over-expressing a nodule-enhanced malate dehydrogenase (neMDH) cDNA and untransformed alfalfa plants were grown at the same field site and rhizosphere soils collected after 53 weeks of plant growth. These alfalfa lines differ in the amount and composition of root organic acids produced and exuded into the rhizosphere. Nucleotide sequencing of PCR-based 16S ribosomal DNA (rDNA...

Effects of cultivation ages and modes on microbial diversity in the rhizosphere soil of Panax ginseng
BACKGROUND Panax ginseng cannot be cultivated on the same land consecutively for an extended period, and the underlying mechanism regarding microorganisms is still being explored. METHODS Polymerase chain reaction and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE) and BIOLOG methods were used to evaluate the microbial genetic and functional diversity associated with the P. ginseng rhizosp...
